At Bunny Delivery you have full control over your data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information.
We process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
Send your request via WhatsApp or email with the subject "Delete my account".
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been fully deleted.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your order history, saved addresses, or any other personal data.
You can send your request directly from the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or contact us through the channels listed below.
Provide the email address associated with your Bunny Delivery account so we can locate it and verify your identity.
Our team will process the deletion within a maximum of 30 calendar days and will send you a confirmation once completed.
You will receive an email confirming that your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted from our systems.
